General Info - What is the cancellation policy for rentals?

We require a 30 day notice of cancellation on any rental item. If you place your order within the 30 day window we do allow you 24 hours from the time you reserved to reconsider and cancel without penalty. Once within the 30 day cancellation period all rentals are considered guaranteed and all fees will be charged to customer accordingly. Weather related cancellations on the day of the party are considered for inflatable game rentals only. Spoil Me Rotten will make the final determination on any cancellation on the day of the party. In the event of a weather cancellation for an inflatable party we will reschedule based on availability or the customers down payment will be refunded. For major event rentals cancellations are not taken.

General Info - How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks will be taken up to 10 days prior to the rental order. The down payment that was made to confirm your rental order will go towards the overall balance of the order. Final payment on special event items such as tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, and non-inflatable game orders must be paid no less than 30 days prior to the event date.

General Info - How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend As Soon As Possible - all of our rental items are on a first come first serve basis. In order to make an order we will need the event date, event times, and delivery location in order to get you an accurate quote. A down payment is required at the time of order to confirm the reservation. Organizations such at TTU, LCU, LISD and some private organizations can qualify for a "Net 30" payment schedule based on credit approval.
